For those who have firmly made their choice from the very beginning to build a system with SLI performance, ASUS and Gigabyte offer unique high performance single-board SLI configurations for those who would like to own something different from the norm. We've seen what the ASUS is capable of in our previous review, but Gigabyte just upped the stakes with its own dual GeForce 6800 GT SLI single-board product, the GV-3D1-68GT. With a physically smaller frame, faster clock speeds and the first single-board SLI card to offer full quad-display support, it looked like Gigabyte had a winner in their hands...
