MSI's version of the Radeon X1800 XL is a safe bet if you intend to get one soon. After all, for the MSI-RX1800XL-VT2D256E, it is similar to the reference design. The MSI touch is still there in the form of the D.O.T overclocking utility, which is useful for overclockers who need a holding hand. The manufacturer's warranty for the overclocking tool is also an excellent safety net. Our overclocking showed that the MSI Radeon X1800 XL had further allowance for up to 10%, meaning that maximum D.O.T should be possible, though that will naturally vary among individual cards...
