We used the Silverstone EB01 for about a week, listening to various genres of music, from blues, to electronic, to pop and reggae, and we can certainly say that this audio solution is so much better than any integrated solution, very clean and free from bottom noise. Aesthetically is very elegant, so it can be used, for example, also whit an HTPC in the sitting room. The price is around 60-70?, and makes consider other similar solutions with more functions.

The results, though subjective as audio is, are pretty good. The EB-01 seems to give a warmer sound than the onboard audio. Basically I think this does what it is designed to and that's give the user a good solid quality output to send to a home system. I have doubts those of you with quality aftermarket sound cards would need this, but it ideal for the budding DJ or amateur music producer that wants a good solid noise free connection to output through. There is no audible noise / hiss, no power on thump it just works. Other than that there really isn?t anything I can say
