When creating a PC system for use at a desk, noise is somewhat of a concern, but a certain level of noise has become acceptable to achieve cooler temperatures. When setting out to create a PC for home theater duty, noise and heat get a lot more attention. Zalman has tried to make the best of both worlds with their HD135... I cannot find anything I do not like about this case; it looks great, cools excellently, and has plenty of room. Given all of these positives and the absolutely excellent engineering that went into it, I award the Zalman HD135 HTPC Case the "Highly Recommended" Award.

Zalman has been on the pc components market since past century. Through all those years they?ve evolved into one of the biggest silent computing companies in the world not only having silent CPU coolers, but also offering chipset/video card cooling, water-cooling, fanless cases, power supply?s, audio products,... And still, they continue to develop even more products. We take a closer look at their latest HTPC case, the HD135.
