Today, we bring you another preview of an upcoming Intel X38 motherboard. This time, we've got our hands on the new MSI X38 Diamond. The engineering same may be raw, but MSI has some interesting features that should turn some heads and garner a lot of interest. Check it out right here.

MSI's Diamond is back in another incarnation. This time, the Radeon HD 2600 XT GDDR4 chipset gets the polish, with higher than usual clock speeds and MSI's own custom cooler. We take a look at this gem of a card.

With the inclusion of all kinds of media extras on motherboards and graphics cards (high quality audio and HDMI output), it seems only natural for your computer to become a place for TV signals to be shown. Most of the time you'll have to use a PCI add-in card to get your favourite episodes on your screen, but today I have MSI's Digivox mini II which enables USB 2.0 usage.

Overall, the board has better features than usual which is always good, however it just feels a touch sporadic and there isn't that elegance in the design. I know, if it works then what the hell, right? But for example, dedicating a whole PCI-Express x1 lane for just one IDE port feels... wrong. MSI is limited by the options of chipsets available, true, but it seems like there's just been a check list and stuff has been progressively thrown on then the dots have been joined. On a slightly different note, we did ask about MSI's RD790 motherboard, but there's currently no word on it just yet. This is both surprising and slightly worrying - we can only assume that it's because Phenom parts are still a little way away, and so we'll know more when you can buy the CPUs for it.

Even on a full-sized integrated motherboard it is hardly reasonable to use anything more complex than a simple heatsink for cooling. In addition, many users choose such motherboards in order not only to save money, but also to get a power-efficient and a quiet system. In view of these requirements AMD 690G chipset is currently the most attractive one. That is probably why MSI, in addition to its microATX boards MSI K9AGM2-F and K9AGM2-FIH, has decided to release an "expanded" version, which we'll focus our attention on right now.

MSI has really hit the ground running with this budget highly portable notebook. It isn't going to win any hearts in the looks department, it isn't the fastest, and the keyboard and screen aren't the best, but if you're on a budget, this machine still looks attractive. The only major problem comes in the form of battery life that, at averaging under three hours, may prove too little for those working on the move.

In this article we shall have a look at a barebone of the standard form-factor (if the term "standard" is at all applicable). A "cubic" computer chassis with integrated graphics, but not without an additional slot for a fully-fledged graphics card.

Along with a couple of mid-range models based on Intel P35 chipset MSI has provided us with a Platinum-version based on the renewed platform. As is usual during initial release stage this particular motherboard was a pre-sale sample. Later, after the testing of the newly-released chipset had been done, the selling version, based on PCB revision 1.2, has made its way into our lab. However, the new revision wasn't any different in terms of appearance and functionality, therefore let's think that MSI engineers had worked on improving layout of power supply and signal lines.

MSI takes their latest DDR3 P35 board to new heights with the P35 Diamond, complete with the bundled VoIP hardware and Creative X-Fi Xtreme Audio sound card. An excellent motherboard with great performance that should not be overlooked, but is it worth it? Find out inside.

MSI sent us their fastest card for testing- the GeForce 8800 ULTRA with overclocked speeds. Easily, the scores posted in most games by this card are the fastest we've seen in our labs for an out-of the-box product. Playing with it feels like having a pair of Gatling guns at your disposal.

MSI's long awaited high end nForce 680i SLI motherboard, the P6N Diamond is finally available in the tradition of being better late than never. With onboard Creative X-Fi based audio, hardware RAID and a sweet price to go along, MSI actually delivers a late game Ace. Read on.

Digital TV users might currently find themselves with a Home Theater PC which utilizes a standard VGA cable, the other popular choice is a DVI-to-HDMI cable. The good news is that if you're using the former but think it's time to go digital connectivity between your HTPC and TV, we might have just the card for you.

Based on ATI's HD 2600 XT graphics chip coupled with 512MB of GDDR3 memory and priced at £95.14 (guideline price), the RX2600XT is around £10 cheaper than the XFX Fatal1ty 8600 GT and carries a very similar feature set. Both cards have similar gaming performance (which we'll look at in detail later), dedicated video decoding engines, two dual-link DVI outputs, and large passive heatsinks. Of course there are some subtle - and some not so subtle - differences but essentially it's a straight out fight between the two.
