"Our good pals at Geeks.com have sent over yet another delightful gizmo to try out. This time we?ve received the Argosy MediaPlay, a small entry-level media player designed to let you watch video, pictures and listen to audio via your television or home theater system without the use of a connected computer. It?s a simple enough idea with a simple enough execution, as this inexpensive little box works fairly well for what it?s supposed to do. Let?s take a look? "

"Today I have what I believe is the first review for the product that I have, and that product is the new Arctic Sound S111 USB speakers from Arctic Cooling or Arctic as they are just known now. These speakers are meant to be an accompaniment to a laptop or netbook, or even as desktop speakers and can possibly be used with an MP3 player as well to help take your music on the go. They?re small and portable, but they are well made and honestly they sound very good. "

" Today for review I?ve got the Arctic C1 Mobile Solar Charger from Arctic Cooling. It?s a tiny, but powerful portable solar charger that?s inexpensive and really works well. The Arctic C1 Mobile comes with a few tips for mobile phones, but it has a standard USB port on it so it can charge virtually anything that can be charged over USB as long as you have the cable. So with this device you can charge your phone, your mp3 Player or virtually anything really that can be charged via USB. The battery inside is a 4400mWh lithium-ion so it will provide power to charge several devices or one device a few times. "

Our focus today is entirely on GPU based H.264 hardware video decoding. This offers high quality video while ensuring that your central processing unit (CPU) is less loaded and subsequently free to handle other tasks.

"One year ago we reviewed the ZaReason Ion Breeze computer that
was built around NVIDIA's ION platform with an Intel Atom CPU, but today
we are looking at our first ZaReason notebook and it boasts some very
high-end hardware. The Verix 1656 is one of ZaReason's highest-end
notebooks and its powered by a quad-core Intel Core i7 CPU (with Hyper
Threading to make for eight logical cores in this mobile computer), a
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250M GPU, and a 15.4-inch 1680x1050 display. The
ZaReason Verix 1656 also has a very nice brushed-aluminum exterior."

"Today for review I?ve got another NAS Box, this one is the newest one from Synology called the DS210+. This NAS box comes with plenty of features packed into like DLNA for instance, but what really sets this apart from other boxes is the fact that it has built-in 256bit hard encryption. the DS210+ is aimed at small businesses and professionals, but there?s no reason a home users couldn?t fully utilize it as it has all of the features for home users and then the addition of those that businesses would appreciate. In this review you?ll find quite a bit about the DS210+ with pictures and many screenshots, and I?ve compared it to a couple other NAS boxes to see how it performs. So read on? "

The Sapphire HD5550 Ultimate Edition we are looking at today is a passively cooled solution and is modestly priced at around £70 inc vat in the UK. Could this be the perfect, cool running, low power HTPC card with DX11 support?

?Today we will be looking at the NZXT Vulcan, it is being marketed as an enthusiast class Micro ATX LAN Party chassis. Now you may be wondering what is a "enthusiast class Micro-ATX LAN Party chassis" well the answer is really quite simple. Obviously it will have to fit some of today's very large video cards that measure in over 11.2 inches in length, and yet be a small form factor enclosure.?

There has been an increasing effort from manufacturers to cram 5.1 surround sound in a pair of cans ? usually made to look bulky, intimidating, geeky, and yet completely alluring to our gamer senses. Most provide great audio quality with exceptional sound placement to give off a virtual surround effect; yet they cannot quite come close to a real 5.1 surround sound experience that comes with a precisely tuned high-end speaker setup. With the Megalodon, Razer is hoping to take a step forward and blur the line a little bit, and in that drive has upped the specs to 7.1 to ?put sound in its place?. Yeah?about that?

"The computing industry, like many others, goes in trends and this is no different when discussing peripherals. What companies have begun to do is make peripherals that fill different roles. There are MMO mice and keyboards, ones for FPS and RPGs; there's also the simplified peripherals too. Today I'm taking a look at the Razer Abyssus Mirror Edition, a cut back, slimline mouse with high sensitivity. Let's see how it performs."

"In this review I will be looking at a new product from a relative newcomer to the world of pc cooling yet possibly one of the best known suppliers of enthusiast air coolers, the company is Prolimatech and the cooler of theirs I will be looking at is the Armageddon, coming from a name like Prolimatech I expecting nothing short of VERY good results. Let?s hope I am not disappointed."

Who like to upgrade or build a new PC, will think about buying an SSD, at least during the first purchase consideration.
However in the price comparison one realizes that the price of a Solid State Drive is much higher than the price of a conventional Hard Disk Drive with the same capacity.
Nevertheless, the prices of SSDs are getting lower, and who like to get an overclocked PC much faster, will already find some interesting drives in the lower price segment.
This review is about the OCZ Agility 120GB SATA2 SSD.

When we sat down to review Corsair's acclaimed 700D and 800D chassis, we couldn't help reflecting on how much the PC case market has evolved over the last decade. Ten years ago, when we were cutting our teeth on CPUs with code names like Coppermine and Thunderbird, enthusiast enclosures were few and far between. In a market that's now literally teeming with options from a variety of established manufacturers, however, how do Corsair's brushed-metal beauties measure up? Let's find out...

"AMD for a long time said that it would cede the netbook market to Intel and simply offered no parts that were appropriate for netbook use to compare against the Intel Atom parts. That has changed over the last several months with AMD now offering up its own line of CPUs aimed at netbooks and ultraportables called the Athlon Neo X2.
Today I have the MSI Wind U230-040US on my test bench and at first glance, the machine looks great. The screen is larger than you typically see with an Intel-based netbook and the keyboard is large as well. The real question is if the AMD hardware has what it takes to compete against the Atom line that dominates the market today."

"When presented with a chassis like Lian Li's PC-P50WB, it is very hard not to heap praise on it like a smitten middle school girl. There is, nevertheless, a hell of a lot to recommend this case. It looks good, has a fabulous feature set with many excellent tool-free elements and top shelf cooling."
