Recently Nvidia and its partners rolled out their latest video card featuring the 7900 GPU utilizing the new 90nm process technology and a host of other goodies. Initially availability seemed fairly good at many online retailers, but as of the writing of this article, most etailers have an extremely limited selection ready to ship out.
