HIS is offering their version of the Radeon X1950 Pro as the HIS IceQ 3 X1950 Pro. This comes with their 3rd generation IceQ cooling technology, which boasts better cooling performance and lower noise level than the original ATI specified cooler. The HIS X1950 Pro also is clocked higher, at 620 MHz core and 1.48 GHz (effective) memory, than the other ATI X1950 Pro cards. This should mean better performance straight out of the box for the HIS version when compared to other X1950 Pro cards.
