After refreshing its high-end lineup, ATI has moved to its mid-range, taking the Radeon HD 2600 series and updating it with the latest technologies like Shader Model 4.1 and DirectX10.1. The result is the Radeon HD 3650 and here to represent that today, we have MSI's OC-edition for review.
