SilverStone must be a cool place for an engineer. Not only do they obviously put engineering first, but they don't simply accommodate innovative designs; they make them their staple. Without re-working the same products again and again, SilverStone produces top-shelf enclosures for all possible form factors, from Mini-ITX mobile-on-desktop to Extended-ATX server cases. All elegant, and every one an award-winner.

Finding the right case to transport to a LAN party or fit on a desk with minimal real estate can sometimes be a daunting task. The dimensions between typical ATX cases and micro ATX cases are sometimes very significant, and when space it at a premium, users need to find something that will fit their needs just right. SilverStone has been creating SFF cases for several years now, and the SG03 is their latest version of the SUGO line of cases. This case really goes down a different path from SilverStone's other previous SFF cases, and really tries to blend the benefits of a typical ATX case with the compactness of a micro ATX case.

Luxurious design, stylish looks, quality craftsmanship...these are all staples of a Silverstone case. But innovation in the small form factor market? That's something they haven't been able to claim, until now. Silverstone's SG03 gives a new look to an old form factor, and HardwareLogic has the inside scoop!

We reported on this case at CeBIT last month, and as the product is nearly ready to ship, we got an exclusive opportunity to try one out. Matt Davey gives the Silverstone SG-03 a prod and a poke.
