The be quiet! Power Zone 2 1200Watt Power Supply should handle NVIDIA 4090 & 5090 without any issues. While the product has twin 12V 600Watt ports, we would suggest moving to higher watts if you are planning to do a dual setup of 5090s.

- Conclusion

be quiet! following the latest trends and after listening to end users, they keep updating their lineup of power supplies, and for 2026, they are coming hard with the Power Zone 2 1200Watt model. This product can handle everything you can throw at it, even the mighty Nvidia 5090. In fact, the product has dual +12V power jacks with angled cables inside to help you in case you need such a dual graphics card setup. There is a 140mm fan on board to help combat internal temperatures, and the product comes with good ratings from either the 80 Plus organization or Cybernetics; in both tests, it got the Platinum efficiency rating (up to 94.3%).

The Power Zone 2 series is clearly aimed at end users who wish to have a quality product without breaking the bank. While be quiet! also has the Dark Power 14 series, which is aimed at enthusiasts, and some may simply not need such an expensive product in their system. The system is based upon one huge single +12V rail, which should handle modern systems based on either AMD/Intel or AMD/Nvidia without issues. All cables have great build quality and, of course, the 10 years of warranty, making you feel safe for the longevity of the product. The retail price, according to the press release, comes around €229.90 with strong competition from other vendors, but we feel be quiet! has that black magic touch, and we highly suggest this product to all users.
