Logitec announced three new multi-DVD recorders supporting 3X DVD-RAM and 4X DVD+R/-R recording. The new drives are based on the corresponding models by LG Electronics. The internal (ATAPI) model will be available in the Japanese market by 15th of August, at a retail price of 33300 Yen (245 EU). Two external versions are also announced with dual IEEE1394 & USB 2.0 and single USB 2.0 interface. Their price is expected around 41800 Yen (308 EU) and 33800 Yen (283 EU), respectively.
