Zalman first showed their compact ZM-DS4F headphones at Computex. The headphones are designed in an Apple white and can be folded together for easy transportation. Inside you will find two individual audio drives per ear cup which improves sound quality a lot. Actually, it will be hard to find a better set of headphones in the sub-$30 price range.

Although it wasn't long ago we had a look at a pair of Zalman headphones, we've already got a new pair for you to check out. Well, new isn't entirely the truth, as the ZM-RS6Fs arn't new, they've been around for a few years now. What Zalman has done to refresh them is to integrate a USB sound card and add a USB connector on the end of the cable.

Zalman might not be your first port of call when it comes to gaming headphones, and the ZM-RS6F which the company launched a few years ago isn?t the greatest looking pair of headphones around. To top it off, despite the six integrated speakers they were never a great seller from what I could tell. However, the good news is that Zalman are about to launch two new headphones, and today we?re looking at the ZM-DS4F.

Zalman are most well known for their exploits in the cooling and case making side of computers. Today however I have their cryptically named ZM-MFC2 which is your standard fan controller with a wattage twist. With rising temperatures and noise levels, this controller might just be the ticket to quieter/cooler computing?

The ZM-NC1000 is a very well built piece of notebook cooling hardware. But what it gains in performance, it loses in bulk and weight. If you are in the market for a cooling option for the road, then just keep on searching. This big boy weighs in at over 2.5lbs an when you add that kind of weight to an already loaded laptop bag, then expect a chore when you are lugging this around an airport. Add in the rather stiff price, and Zalman is really painted themselves in a premium niche corner.

The case itself though is even more impressive than our initial impressions lead us to believe. Not only does it look good to the eye, but the build quality is through the roof thanks to some thick, removable aluminium panels and the tight fit of the individual components. The insides of the case are good too, providing extra room for storage addicts and a motherboard panel that can be completely detached from the main body. There are some weak points, such as the lack of cushioning on the doors and an absent PSU shelf which puts too much weight on the supporting screws, but it's obvious that a lot of thought has been put into the design and, again, the sturdy quality of the case compensates for the handful of oversights.

Over the years Zalman has improved on many things but the design has stayed the same. Incase you are wondering what they have improved on over the years. The mounting brackets went from one piece to an interchangeable clip design to easily switch between different sockets. The fan mate went from version 1 to version 2. For those that like to show off their gear Zalman added LED fans. So what is new with the CNPS7700-AlCu LED.... well, it has a red LED fan. For those of you that have liked the looks of the Fatal1ty's red LED fan. Zalman now has a lower priced and a lower weight solution.

Well, a while ago Zalman hit it big with the Fatality case that we had the great pleasure of reviewing. The case was damn good looking and was made as strong as any case I have ever seen before. Today we have one of their newest cases based on the Fatality unit but with some much needed improvements. The Z-Machine GT1000 advertises less and actually gives more than the Fatality case. If you haven't already done so read the article to see what we are talking about here.

Good fan controllers can be an excellent addition to any PC, but it's hard for companies to differentiate their own controllers from the others. Zalman tackles that problem with their MFC2, which in addition to controlling your fans, can also tell you how many watts your computer is hogging.

The Zalman CNPS7500-Cu LED is a slightly more compact version of the CNPS7700-C LED heatsink - a massive cooler with a wingspan of nearly 140mm - and slightly lighter too. The heatsink is compatible with socket 478 & 775 Intel Core 2 Duo/Quad processors, and socket 754/939/940/AM2 AMD Athlon64 CPUs.

Well, Zalman has hit us with another great looking product that will add style and functionality to the front of your case. At the same time that the ZM-MFC2 makes your case look hot, it also gives you the control you need to keep everything cool. The ZM-MFC2 is probably the best looking front panel fan controller that we at Pro-Clockers have ever seen before. It would reminds all of us of a high-end in dash car head unit. We know it looks good, but performance means a lot to us here so we have to ask - How well does it work? Lets take a look at it now.

Zalman. You know them, you love them... or you at least know OF them. They have been putting out quality PC cooling gear for over 6 years now and show no signs of letting up. I, for one, am very happy about that. Today we are reviewing another well known product from Zalman. The CNPS9500 series of coolers are known for excellent cooling performance but the last socket to be graced with it's presence was the AMD AM2 socket. The Zalman CNLS9500 AM2 CPU Cooler is now ready to cater to this socket format. To help show the AMD love the cooler comes equipped with green LEDs vs the usual blue or red LEDs that most of Zalman's coolers come stock with.

Zalman have always been at the forefront of silent computing with their CNPS mark; accreditation for the quietest components. Today I have one of their modular power supplies, the ZM500-HP, which features a heatpipe fed heatsink.

A little while back we took a look at the Zalman CNPS9500 AM2 CPU cooler. It really performed well and we gave it our 10 out of 10 rating. So when I got the CNPS9700 LED in to review I was excited to see what it could do. The CNPS9700 LED is basically a larger version of the CNPS9500. Because it is larger it has a 110mm fan compared to the 92mm fan on the 9500. So this cooler should perform just as good if not better than the 9500. Read on to see if it does...
