"Today for review I?ve got a little GPS receiver from Motorola just called the T805 from our friends at MobileFun. It?s small and portable, it fits right in the palm of your hand really. The T805 can be used with basically any Bluetooth enabled phone but you can also use it with a netbook or laptop, as long as you?ve got GPS software on it. The T805 comes with a car charger and mount and a trial subscription to Motonav navigation software. In my time with the T805 I?ve found that it works very well and it?s a nice solution to add GPS to your devices.

Intel has a pre-CeBIT present for the enthusiast. It comes in the form of a new Core i7 chip for the performance-class X58 platform.
Those of you who think it's the much-heralded six-core Core i7 980X CPU will be disappointed - for a short while yet.
Enthusiasts whose wallets don't stretch to the £750-plus for Intel's finest desktop CPU may well rejoice at the news that the chip giant is releasing an upgrade to the ever-popular Core i7 920.
Priced at the same $284 (£215) as the entry-level LGA1366 offering, Intel is quietly pushing the Core i7 930 to retail. Dropping into our labs on a Friday afternoon from the folks at Scan, we take a look at performance against the chip it effectively replaces. We throw in AMD's £137 Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition for good measure.

"It's always nice to have a change of pace and today I am looking at a new ultraportable notebook from Gateway. The machine looks like a netbook at first glance, but has notebook hardware crammed inside the small chassis. The small size makes the machine very portable and it feels like a netbook in the hand.
Once you fire the machine up, the performance lets you know this is no Atom-powered rig for sure. The little Gateway EC14D07u has average looks and will be a welcome machine for any business user or student that needs a small notebook to take with them on the road that offers decent performance and battery life."

It's no secret that our cherished computers and personal electronic devices all depend on electricity. They can't live without power, and we feel powerless without them. Conscious of our need for continuous productivity, CyberPower Systems has built an entire battery backup product line designed to supply uninterrupted power to our PCs and HDTVs. So when winter storms come or summer brown-outs occur, there's no reason why your small business or home office should stop working. A sudden power-outage shouldn't mean crashing your computer system in the middle of an exciting video game, and an enjoyable movie should not need to restart. In this article Benchmark Reviews demonstrates how important CyberPower UPS battery-backup devices are for sustained computing as their Intelligent LCD Series CP825AVRLCD, CP1000AVRLCD, and CP1500AVRLCD models are put to test.

"The Corsair Padlock 2 USB Flash drive would make an excellent off-site backup drive for your critical data as it offers both the security and portability to make this task a breeze. Overall, the only nitpick I had was the lack of place to secure the cap when the drive is in use. If that's the only complaint I can come up with, Corsair must be doing something right. I found the Padlock 2 to be simple to use, aesthetically pleasing and darn good at its core function of protecting data. It doesn't hurt that the price tag is less than many other secure drives at only $55..

"Coolermaster produce a lot of different products, from massively high end cases to low end budget coolers; and that's what we're looking at today. A little fella' called the Coolermaster Hyper 101. The name looks to fit well, but does it perform when under pressure? That's what we're here to find out."

?Lately these days many people are purchasing a notebook cooler when they purchase a new laptop. This is because many laptops still get very hot and many notebook coolers also act as a stand for their laptop. Today we will be taking a look at the NotePal ErgoStand from Cooler Master, which not only is a notebook cooler it acts as a notebook stand as well with 5 adjustable viewing angles. It also features a large 140mm fan, 4-port USB hub and a great ergonomic design. Let?s take a look?"

"I'm rather glad ASUS stuck with the Rampage Extreme branding as it lets me say stuff like EEEEXXXXTRRREEEEMMMMMEEE in daily conversation. I know in just writing this article I've mumbled that to myself a half-dozen times with a grin on my face. I have a feeling the Rampage III Extreme will be another board that goes down in the history books for high performance. The ASUS R3E motherboard though won't be limited in appreciation to just those people who benchmark with liquid nitrogen and dry ice. A lot of thought was put into the layout and the fact that it has an ATX form factor height means it'll enable 4-way CrossFire in a normal ATX case unlike the EVGA X58 Classified 4-Way SLI which fits in only a handful of cases.

"ASUS' M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 motherboard is built around the 55nm AMD 890GX and SB850 southbridge. It features 128MB of onboard DDR3-1333 Sideport memory for the integrated DX10.1 ATI Radeon HD 4290 graphics. Its AM3 CPU socket will accommodate AMD Phenom II and Athlon II processors, right through to the six-core Phenom II X6 (code name 'Thuban'/140W CPU)."

The term "3D" has been used quite a bit over the past couple of months, and as it stands today, there's a fair bit of content available to those with capable hardware. But on the mobile side of things, support is just beginning to creep in. The first available option was from ASUS, with its G51J 3D, and we're taking a look at it here.

The H55 is the newest thing to come from Intel. Not surprisingly, Asrock was right there to send out boards to all review sites. We have often seen this from the 'big' companies. The first of the boards released was the H55M Pro. As all H55 motherboards, the H55Pro-M is a micro ATX offering with dual 16x PCIe slots for Crossfire support, four DIMM slots and support for DDR3 2600. We definitely can't call Asrock a budget motherboard maker anymore. There are many more features the new board has to offer and we will discuss them as we look over it. Now, we really want to know how well it will overclock. We all want to get a little bit more out of the motherboard and processor to make it worth more for our money.
