Xclio has entered the case market with their innovative, cheap and fun designs. One of their latest cases has posed an age old question to computer enthusiasts everywhere: Does size matter? Xclio's Propeller case sports a 360mm side fan makes it clear to everyone what side they took.

I had high hopes for the Propeller, considering how much I liked XClio's 188A chassis, but it wasn't to be. When considering a budget case, there are some shortcomings one can ignore. The Spartan interior is roomy, but doesn't have many amenities or innovative features. I know how to use a screwdriver; I can deal with that. Especially considering the Propellers low cost. On close examination, it lacks the kind of fit and finish I like to see in a chassis, but for $65 and a 360mm fan, I can live with it.

The VIZO Propeller is a Dual-Fan cooler that is designed to sit in a PCI or a PCI-E slot. It's designed to cool off your hot expansion and video cards. It also glows bright blue and the fan speed is adjustable via a manual fan speed controller to suit cooling and noise requirements. So how does it perform? Let's find out!
