Well this card really was a revelation due to the fact it did not have any ram sinks and used an aluminium GPU cooler. Yet I was able to clock the card ram up slightly higher than the Sapphire with it ram sinks and cooper cooler. We all know that 80% of the GFX buying crowd will clock the card to try and get the most out of it and the Connect3d x800xl will fit the bill. I am not saying the Sapphire was not good as the x800xl series is a good bang for buck card, what I am saying though is if you are and overclocker at heart and will be ramping the clocks up this would be an ideal choice and highly recommended by us at Xtreme.
