When speaking of technology, only rarely does the name Mozart ever come up in a conversation. Thermaltake has decided to use his namesake as the next step in entertainment based enthusiast enclosures. Just as Mozart has his everlasting music, will this become a hit for eons to come or is it doomed to be hidden in some server room pulling triple duty?

The case isn't just a gimmick, because it actually does have plenty of useable features. There is the potential for excellent cooling all around given the number of fans included and the fans that can be added. The open rear chassis almost appeared a bit odd since I'm so use to a closed chassis. However, this means there is more than enough room for warm air to escape and it's completely concealed by the really cool looking rear door.

I've used more than a few Thermaltake CPU coolers over the years; no surprise considering they've been in business since 1999. Today I'll be taking a look at another of their latest products, the Max Orb. Following the progression of orb coolers, from the Golden Orb II through the Blue Orb and Ruby Orb, the Max Orb represents yet another level of advancement in design for Thermaltake.

Thermaltake Big Water 760i proves that a liquid cooling system is still a rational choice: given the performance is a bit higher and the pump quieter, we would have got an absolute must have!

Thermaltake is a company that is very well know to the enthusiast computer builder community. They provide many great products including a line of heavy (as in weight) power supplies, modding, cooling, and cases. ThermalTake was founded in 1999 and has really grown every since. They have always put out good looking products and the SopranoRS 101 is no different. Let's take a closer look.

Well, Thermaltake has a solution for people like me and maybe someone like you as well. The Blac X is an external way of linking any SATA drive, 2.5 or 3.5, to your computer. But unlike the traditional method of opening up an enclosure, mounting a drive and then closing it all back up, the Blac X doesn't use an enclosure. Confused? Yeah, I would be too. But read the review and we will clear it all up for you.

The foot print of the DuOrb is much smaller and lighter than the stock heat sink which is always a nice result. And, the DuOrb does look better adding a bit more flash to a pricey graphics card with a somewhat boring stock cooler. Unfortunately, the included video memory sinks are plain gray, aluminum. This doesn't do the cooler justice and steals away a bit of its potential. Matching copper sinks would definitely compliment the DuOrb better and keep the look more balanced. The Thermaltake DuOrb VGA Cooler is otherwise a good performer and would make your 8800 series graphics cards stand out. Due to the limited designs of stock VGA coolers, it's nice to have a better option made from copper. If you need better cooling and your current card configuration just can't keep up, give the DuOrb some consideration.

Thermaltake took note of this and created a product that really stood out at the show, a hard drive docking station known as the BlacX. The idea behind this product is so simple and yet, so ingenious that I am shocked that nobody else has thought of it yet. Simply put, the BlacX is a USB 2.0 hot-swappable 2.5" and 3.5" SATA docking station that accepts all hard drives up to 1TB in size.

When you think of Thermaltake you think cases and power supplies, not hard drive enclosures. While they do make hard drive enclosures they are not known for that, but they soon might be with the BlacX. The BlacX is not really a hard drive enclosure, it is more of a docking station. Unlike other hard drive docking stations we have seen the BlacX has a totally different design and since it is made by Thermaltake we know it won't be like the cheap docking stations we have seen. Let's check it out...

The Xaser VI is the latest offering in Thermaltake's popular Xaser series of full-towers, the flagship line of their cases. Today we will be looking at the Xaser VI VG4000BWS, a steel version of the case with a side window. Will this behemoth carry on the Xaser name in style? Will we be blown away by its features? Will Frank get a hernia from trying to carry it? Read on and see!

In this test, we are going to have a look on a product from Thermaltake. On Tweak.dk we have already had a look upon a number of Thermaltake products, and in this test, we have obtained their newest GPU cooler: Thermaltake Duorb. Thermaltake Dourb comes in a traditional red/black package. On the front, one finds information about the cooler, and a large window. On the back, all the information one might seek are to be found. There is also a small window so that the copper base is visible. Other than the cooler itself, the package includes fittings, RAM cooling profiles and a manual.

If you own a notebook then you are probably aware of how hot they get. Heat is well known as the number 1 killer of computer components so it is important to keep your investment cool and among the living. Justin has a look at the T2000 notebook cooler by Thermaltake and approaches it with from the unique perspective of not only its cooling properties but also how it affects your battery life and the battery savings due to the cooling effect on your CPU and components.

We first got a glimpse of the SwordM at CES 2007, we were amazed at the style and that Thermaltake would try such a radical case. Finally this year the case was released for sale and you know we had to get one to check out. Handmade of all aluminum with hydraulic mechanisms for the top and side panel it is unlike any other case we have seen before. This is a very limited case with only 10,000 units world-wide. Let us show you what this amazing case has to offer.

Thermaltake has really taken case design to the extreme with the SwordM VD5000BNA Super Tower Chassis. The quality of the components is top notch, the styling is definitely unique, the features are generally well thought out, and some of the innovative design elements might actually be revolutionary.

Thermaltake's latest offering is geared toward such a person that need an all out power house. And Thermaltake is fast becoming a name that is associated with high-end power supplies. But things have changed since the introduction of the ToughPower line. The 1000 watt ToughPower is not the biggest baddest of the line but will easily power most of the systems we build today. Coupling large amounts of power and some modular cabling, you have a boatload of power and with some easy cable management. And because this unit is not the most powerful of the line you don't have to worry about spending a lot of money like say the 2000 watt unit we saw at CES in Vegas this year. So. Lets take a look at the Thermaltake TP1000 Modular.
