As the basis for a HTPC, this is an excellent choice. The board was designed to be used as a stable platform for desktop and HTPC use and it does this job with aplomb. I feel that anyone looking for an inexpensive motherboard for a HTPC will find this board offers everything they are looking for, including the low price.
