By releasing nForce 520 and 520LE NVIDIA has expanded its discrete chipset series "downwards". The board manufacturers have adopted these solutions to add ultra-light models to their product lines. In time such motherboards might occupy the lower-end parts of price lists, and thus correct the well-known issue of integrated boards being the cheapest.
