In the table below, you can see the results we got for DVD+R media format at 12X.
Again, we followed our standard testing procedure with the LiteON SOHD-167T reader and the Plextor PX-712A burner to investigate writing quality.
- Philips DVD+R 16X @ 12X
- Verbatim DVD+R 16X @ 16X
Philips media reported better results, with very low PI error rates. Both media were read successfully by the LiteON drive, but Verbatim 16X certified media introduced high PI error values, reaching a maximum point of 820.
