ABEX TDR Series
1. Purpose
ABEX TDR Series discs are designed for DVD-ROM drives. These discs can be used for evaluation of DVD-ROM performances such as data reading capability, access time, and so on. The construction and formula of data in this disc is clearly specified, so that you can confirm whether data has been read correctly. This is done by comparing the sector address and data on a specified sector with known data. No file structure (UDF file format) exists in this disc, so that we can use this disc for many different purposes.
