Nvidia Geforce GT 240 Specs Unveiled


NVIDIA's GeForce GT240 GPU is expected to be available in a couple of weeks and early reports unveiled its specifications.

The 40nm GPU is addressed for the mid/low-end market meaning that its price would range €50~70, replacing the GeForce 9600 GSO/GT solutions.

According to unconfirmed reports, the GT240 packs 96 stream processors and 32 texture units with support for DX10.1/SM4.1. It's 512MB/1GB GDDR3 memory operates at 850MHz and features a 128-bit memory interface.
