New iPhone Will Have A 4.6-inch Display


Apple will reportedly bring iPad's 'retina' display to the next generation of iPhone, sized at 4.6-inch, a South Korean media reported on Thursday.

Apple has decided on the 4.6-inch display for its next iPhone and started placing orders to its suppliers, the Maeil Business Newspaper said, quoting an unnamed industry source.

Neither Apple nor its display suppliers LG Display and Samsung have commencted on the report.

Apple's competitor Samsung is also uses 4.6-inch OLED display for its flagship Galaxy S II smartphone, introduced in April last year.
