Facebook For Windows Phone 8 Gets A Facelift

Microsoft's Facebook Beta program has now ended and Facebook 5.0 for Windows Phone 8 is now available for download, offering a completely new design.

The 5.0 update is specific to Windows Phone 8 and rolls over the latest features from the Facebook Beta program. The update provides improved navigation, support for high-res pictures, post sharing, Facebook Timeline view and more.

Microsoft is also working to bring these features to the Windows Phone 7 version of the app later in the summer.
