Intel Ivy Bridge-E Extreme Edition Processors Now On Sale


Intel has today released new Ivy Bridge-E Extreme Edition processors. Designed for hardcore PC enthusiasts, these chips are the most blistering CPUs they can readily buy.

The Intel Core i7-4820K is an overclocking-unlocked, quad-core 3.7GHz processor with support for 40 PCI 3.0 lanes and costs $330 on Newegg.com, while the 6-core i7-4930K and Core i7-4960X go for $580 and $1050, respectively.
