The future of the Tizen operating system remains uncrtain as Samsung Electronics has once again postponed the launch of a Tizen smartphone. The Tizen phone was to be released in India last Wednesday, but the plan has been canceled for the third time in a series of delays for the gadget.

Samsung had promised to launch the phone in India by the end of the year.

A launch was expected in Japan through NTT Docomo at the start of the year, but it was canceled. Another launch plan in Russia was called off in July.
