Logitech really is covering all the bases with its peripherals these days. The last Logitech product I reviewed was the MX Air Mouse and I thought that was a nifty bit of kit to control your home theater setup. The proverbial cake however has not just been taken; it's been flaunted and eaten right in front of our starving faces. I'm referring to the Logitech Harmony One remote control here; a nifty slick piece of all-in-one cake that can control TVs, DVD players, VCRs, game consoles, home media center PCs, air conditioning units and pretty much everything else that uses an Infrared transmitting remote control.

The more I play with this thing, the more I'm reminded of the Phasers that they used in Star Trek; it's uncanny. I can almost pretend I'm Patrick Stewart dashing about in a well fitted uniform, barking out orders to my number one in a fine English accent. It feels very natural to hold in the hand, and obviously Logitech have spent a good chunk of money on the ergonomics of this thing alone. It's not often one has to pick up a mouse and wave it around, and they have certainly made sure that it feels pretty natural to do it.

Choosing a good keyboard and mouse is one of the most difficult choices I ever make and in so being I rarely switch my input devices. Using the MX5500 Revolution has made me quickly forget my old trusty mouse and keyboard. The keyboard is comfortable, responsive and customizable. The MX Revolution mouse is comfortable and precise and like the keyboard very customizable. The added bonus of Bluetooth wireless connectivity eliminates cables and has not showed flaky connectivity of Bluetooth units in the past.

The Logitech Z Cinema is an excellent option when surround sound is desired but space is not available. While sound quality is exceptional, true audiophiles will find the Z Cinema inadequate to appease their appetites for a full surround system.

It has been a long time since I last reviewed a Logitech product. CES has come and gone and with the show brought some interesting items. One such item that Logitech was showing was the diNovo Mini which is targeted to media center PCs like those provided by MythTV. The diNovo Mini was released a few weeks ago and it is the spotlight in this review.

If you've got a Home Theater PC (HTPC), you know how awkward it can be keeping a full-sized keyboard lying around your living room. Logitech feels your pain, and has come up with a miniature wireless keyboard that doesn't take up much space but offers full control over any PC from up to 30 feet away. Its touchpad is a bit sensitive and you won't be typing a term paper on it, but for 99% of HTPC control tasks the diNovo Mini works wonderfully and is one of the most well-designed controllers we've ever tested. If you have a Playstation 3, the diNovo Mini works well with that system too.

Logitech surprised us at CES with the launch of their diNovo Mini media keyboard, which is not much larger than a cell phone. But despite its size, it packs in the functionality, and is even supported by the Playstation 3. Are we impressed? Let's just say that once again, Logitech has pulled it off.

You are sitting in your living room, on that beautiful, comfortable, black leather sofa you picked up just a few years ago. The designer lights on the walls are dimmed as the clock ticks past ten. The 50" LCD TV you've come to enjoy everyday after work is eight meters away from you. Under the TV is the home theater PC, along with an array of high end audio and video equipment with their LED lights and displays blinking and flashing in all its glory. Your media computer is hooked up to your television screen using an HDMI cable. CAT5e cables runs around your home with a network operating at Gigabit speeds to stream terabytes of media files from your server to your big screen TV and powerful audio system. An air of tension and suspense fills your living room as the blasts and emotions of the movies are about to come alive on the screen in front of you. You put your feet on the coffee table, wiggle your toes a bit underneath your black socks, and grab a warm cup of coffee to enjoy I am Legend on Bluray. As the clock on the wall continues to tick ever so faithfully while you sit there and wait for something to happen, a sense of shock and horror overcomes you. "How can the computer be operated from the comfort of my sofa without a wireless keyboard and mouse?" you wonder. The year is 2008.

Not all of us are lucky enough to have a Sony Playstation 3, but most of us have a PC at home or at work. For those looking for an great all-in-on keyboard/mouse combo, the Logitech MediaBoard Pro should attract your attention. Even though the keyboard was designed for use with the Playstation, the MediaBoard has a number of features that Home Theater PC users or those wanting a cordless keyboard would love...

This little palm-sized keyboard is the perfect device for controlling your PS3 or HTPC machine. Any HTPC user looking for something better to use with their computer who doesn't expect to do heavy typing will want to get the Logitech diNovo Mini. It's not cheap at about $149, but it is hands down the ideal choice for a home theater PC keyboard.

Wiring is the bane of modern technology. Each new shining piece of equipment brings forth cables and wires that clutter rooms, tables, homes and offices. The 100% wireless future is still a utopia but at least you can try to get rid of a common wire: the headphone cable. There are several wireless headphones on the market and Logitech has just released one that's not only good for iPod owners but also for any sound system with a stereo minijack. The FreePulse Wireless Headphones use a small 33 ft. range Bluetooth transmitter that makes you say goodbye to one of the many cables that plague modern life. Plus, it also delivers quality sound and a comfortable listening experience.

Although this camera's heavy notebook focus limits its versatility, it excels in nearly every area to provide superior performance. If you're looking for a webcam for your notebook, look no further than the Logitech QuickCam Pro for Notebooks.
