The Samsung WriteMaster TS-H552 is a pretty unremarkable drive on paper. The specs are nothing more than conservative - it will write to DVD+R and DVD-R discs at 16x, DVD+RW and DVD-RW media at 4x, while burning CD-R discs at 48x and CD-RWs at 32x. In fact, except for the 5x DVD-R DL performance, this Samsung really does appear to be nothing special. However, despite its somewhat uninspiring specifications, the TS-H552 turned out to be the second fastest drive I've ever tested, and if it wasn't for the latest NEC drive (the ND-3540A), it would be king of the hill. So all in all, the TS-H552 put in a very solid performance indeed.

Throughout the two month testing period, I have yet to witness one single problem or disadvantage from buying this inexpensive LCD monitor. It performs well during office work, it games exceptionally well, its' cheap, it can be purchased almost everywhere online and did I mention it games well.... If you're looking for a basic, feature-filled 17 inch LCD monitor with excellent picture quality and an even more excellent price, you will not be sorry for this purchase. Hell, for the low price you can buy two monitors for the price of one of the more expensive models.

Wow, this Samsung SyncMaster 915N LCD Screen is everything that other LCD's are - thin, bright, and huge (19-inches)- and more. This latest addition to their line up adds to the monitors on the market with one very large exception, it's 8ms refresh rate, fast enough for even hardcore gamers...

The quick operation and high output will be a plus for those in a hurry. I was thoroughly pleased with the copying and scanning options despite the louder than desired operating noise. I suspect the reasoning for the noise was a trade-off in selecting a smaller motor spinning at a high RPM to have everything fit in such a compact body. This is a reasonable trade-off as the SCX-4100 is indeed compact and with its stylish look, it could easily fit into any home office or dormitory...

The Samsung YEPP MP3 players have evolved over the last few years, and this year's product line is among the best on the market. The YP-T7Z is nearly perfect. I think Samsung has built a winner with the YP-T7Z. It is competitively priced, versatile, multifunctional, and stylish. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to purchase an MP3 player. I would just recommend that you purchase the 1GB version as I know you will want the extra memory in the future.

With both monitors having VESA mounting capabilities, it'll be really nice if you're the kind of person that wants to mount the monitors on the wall and use them as a display or computerized art. The DVI input was also a very nice touch and a shame that the 910MP doesn't come with it. Switching in between DVI and D-Sub, I wasn't able to pinpoint any difference. In addition, the 910MP compensates for the lack of DVI by featuring a few extras, primarily the built in TV-Tuner and speakers. With this extra bundle and its quality performance, the 910MP has earned itself my approval - Overclockers Online Editor's Choice.

With the prices of TFTs tumbling, it won't be long before some of the high end panels will be within the reach of the "prosumer". Additionally, many of these panels are now labelled as "cinema screens", with a widescreen aspect of 16:9 or even 16:10. We couldn't resist obtaining one of these new crop of cinema screens to put through its paces, and see whether the extra expense over a good quality 17" or 19" TFT is worth it.

These days, innovation in the handheld category isn't what it once was; most manufacturers have settled on Windows Mobile, while PalmSource still lingers through palmOne's reliance on the once-ubiquitous platform. Doing something new usually entails stacking more features atop a tried-and-tested solution - but not so with Samsung's NEXiO XP30, which foregoes Windows Mobile in favour of Windows CE .NET 4.2. The result? Power - and limitations - aplenty.

There should be few devices more essential for a small office than a multi-function printer. The Samsung SF-565P not only sports the copying, faxing and document scanning features you'd expect from an MFP, but it also features a fully-fledged monochrome laser printing engine. The Samsung SF-565P's major selling points are its claimed 17ppm laser printing and copying speed, speedy 33.6k fax modem and spacious 250 sheet paper tray. All of these are features that will gladden the heart of potential users, especially those with a lot of paper to chew through.

Overall the SGH-E630 rates pretty good. It is lightweight, small and ergonomically shaped. Based on size alone, it should encounter little difficulties in fitting the small nooks and crannies of your jeans pocket, and could even be inserted into the small key pouch of some jeans. The organizer has all the typical features that we expect of all current mobile phones such as Memos, Calendar, To Do List, Clock, Alarm, Voice Recorder, Conversion, Timer and Stopwatch functions.

The ML-2250 is a very attractive looking printer, dressed out in shiny white plastic on front and top, with the sides and back a very pale grey. There's a slightly odd bulge running the full width of the back, enclosing the power supply and input circuitry, so the printer has a larger footprint than appears at first sight. An A4 paper tray sitting under the printer can actually take 250 sheets of 80gsm paper, and printed sheets roll out, face down, to the top surface. A multi-purpose tray unfolds from the front panel to take envelopes, card or a further 50 sheets of paper.

The 730MW falls between two stools. It's not high resolution or speedy enough to act primarily as a work or gaming monitor, with occasional TV duties, and it's barely big enough to act as a secondary TV. However it could past muster a bedroom Media Center system or a screen for the kids to have in their room for both PC use and console gaming and the price is not unreasonable too.

Since this printer is most likely aimed at businesses, it will definitely be a top contender for it's position as #1 printer in the office. Not only does it supply excellent print quality and speed for a color laser printer. Compared to well known brands such as HP, in the same price range, the CLP-510n out-performs the HP by 10 pages per minute in black and white, and 2 pages per minute in color.

There are only a handful of 24" LCD displays in existence with the specs and quality of this one, and if you are in the market for a high quality wide screen LCD for computing applications, I do not think you will be disappointed with the Samsung SyncMaster 243T.

Well taking this Samsung DVD-L300 Portable DVD Player for a test drive I have to say that there was little that I could find wrong with it. The picture quality was suburb, crisp vivid. The 10" wide screen was just the right size for laptop viewing. The built-in speakers were just that, nothing to scream about, however for personal viewing they were adequate but they are not going to fill any rooms. One of the outstanding options is the fact that you can connect the unit to a outside source with 5.1 Dolby digital for full surround sound.
