5. A/V tests

The NC10U can be used as an entertainment device, so let's have a look at its AV performance. We used the following setup:
TV: Samsung 75NU8000 series with the latest firmware installed
A/V Receiver: Yamaha RX-V775 (7.2 capable) with the latest firmware installed
Wifi Router: TP-Link VR200 (802ac,b,g,n) with the latest firmware installed
The audio/video test files were downloaded from the KODI Wiki. The NC10U was connected through an HDMI cable with our A/V receiver. We used the LibreELEC software, which supports 4K and HD audio passthrough. Similar performance should also expected under Windows using other playback software (VLC, KLiteCodec, etc..)

The Shuttle NC10Ui was able to output HD audio sound up without any problems.
The device also performed pretty well in the video tests:
- H.265 (up to 400Mbit) were playable from an external USB 3.0 source (SSD)
- 4K x264 video was generally playable, with some minor issues with variable FPS files.
- 4K H.,265 was playable
- 4K x265 HEVC 10bit files were playable
