"The first stop in the suite is the USB3 solid state disk. This prototype drive uses an Indilinx controller and should be available at the end of the month for around $20 more than an external SATA SSD. Available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB, this drive makes possible the idea of an "anonymous workstation."

It's interesting to see how much technology has progressed through 2001 to 2010. Film still produced grainy images with ISO 800 rated film back then, and we now have pristinely clean photos at ISO 12,800. Without a doubt, the technology has been steadily improving, until it has come to a point where technology may just lend several helping hands to those who lack a genuine understanding of photography to achieve better photos.
Like many established camera manufacturers, Canon
certainly has a hand in revolutionizing technical progression in the camera scene. In fact, they were the first to have launched the professional 1D series way back in 2001. Since then they have been constantly updating this particular series over the years. Recently, the Canon EOS 1D Mark IV made its global debut, and what an advancement it is over its predecessor, the 1D Mark III.

We have seen many factory-overclocked cards from different vendors, but most of these cards just push the GPU/MEM clocks using reference design hardware. Once in a while, a cards pop up like this Gigabyte SOC card which deviates from the group and packs a whole lot more punch then what other vendors can offer.

"A few weeks back we reviewed the Corsair Flash Voyager 32GB.
This 32GB flash drive was very nice just like Corsair's other flash
memory products and it boasted an impressive capacity with great
read/write speeds, but its price at over $100 USD is not for everyone.
For those that can make do with a smaller capacity and are looking to
just spend a few dollars in comparison, there is the OCZ Zee. The Zee
flash drive is available in capacities up to 16GB, has a more
conventional housing, and is backed by a two year warranty (in
comparison to Corsair's ten-year backing), but the prices for the Zee
USB 2.0 drivers are much more affordable."

"The Tritton AX 180 headset has excellent sound reproduction considering that they're analog stereo. The microphone is easy to adjust and works great. It is also easy to remove if you don't need it for a while. The headphones feel sturdy and are light and comfortable. While their audio performance doesn't keep up with their big brother the Tritton AX720, that is compensated by their lower price ($69 at Best Buy) and their solid performance..."

?Cruise missiles don?t immediately spring to mind in connection to perhaps one of the more mundane, yet very important, parts of a computer rig ? the humble thermal paste. This grey paste is vital to the cool running of the CPU especially when it comes to overclocking as every single degree counts.
In recent years, Arctic Silver 5 has been at the top of the pile when it comes to thermal grease performance. However, with seemingly every single thermal solutions company producing their own acclaimed perfect compound, many now rival the once stand-out AS5.
Evercool are the latest company to send us their tube of thermal grease; so how does it compare to other pastes??

"In more basic terms, Tuniq is in the business of providing an attractive product that makes a statement. While an appealing cooler is good to have, it is only as good as the fan equipped with the cooler in most instances. Tuniq claims that the included fan is indeed a silent fan, and still boasts quite a bit of CFM to handle the job. In principle this is fine on paper, but to make it work in reality is another thing we have yet to see for ourselves.
As I usually do, I like to look at the manufacturer?s website to do a bit of homework before I actually receive the product. Taking some time over on Tuniq?s website, I was intrigued by the unique design, fin layout, and how Tuniq uses the fan to remove the heat from the cooler. I am here to save you that time, so let?s get down to business as I share what I have found out thus far."

We're going to take a look at the ASUS EEE PC 701SD; a "classic" netbook being sold as a refurb by Geeks.com. While the EEE line-up is now a few years old, it is still extremely popular. Newer models might offer better specifications, but they will also come with higher price tags that will put them in the ball park with some cheap laptops.

Let's take a look on the second power supply being offered by the traditional video card manufacturer XFX, a 650 W model dubbed XXX Edition.
"XFX, a traditional video card manufacturer, has recently decided to enter the power supply business. They first offering, an 850 W model called Black Edition proved to be an outstanding product. Now they are launching a more mainstream model rated at 650 W, called XXX Edition, featuring modular cabling system, single-rail design and 80 Plus Bronze certification. Will this model live up to the expectation? Let's see."

The CRU-DataPort SecureDock is definitely a unique product. This is
not your average external hard drive enclosure! Offering both USB 2.0 and
eSATA connectivity, the SecureDock manages to do what it says and does so
extremely quickly as our testing shows - especially if you use the eSATA
interface. In terms of encryption, the device is very easy to use. There is
no software to install and everything is seamless. The lock-and-key system
and mini-USB style security keys work well as well. My favorite feature has
to be the fact that you can use any SATA hard drive with the SecureDock;
you're not limited to just the 500 GB unit that comes with it.
