The StarFlow is the next extremely silent retail cooler from Spire.
The new fan is an evolved version of the "CoolBlue" DC fans.
Spire engineers have reduced the spokes that hold the fan motor and elevated these to create a greater air intake area and to reduce the resistance of spokes which sometimes can cause a high-pitched sound.
It reaches a maximum noise level of only 19dBA and still manages to push a whopping 42.28 CFM at a 2.000RPM.
- Features
* Extremely silent BlueStar DC Fan
* Aluminum based Star-Heatsink design
* Secure and solid installation
* Silent at only 19.0dBA!
* Retail packed in full color packaging

- Retail package
The retail package of Spire Starflow is very small, this cpu cooler aims for entry level users.
Inside the box there is a backplate for Socket 775 motherboards, thermal paste and of course the cpu cooler.
On the the base you can find some thermal paste already applied.
- Installation
The installation time is very short. The backplate matches perfectly the Socket 775 holes and the mounting process is very easy.
While the cpu cooler has enough volume we didn't had any problem, probably due to the fact that the aluminum fins are very thin
