The white ModCase for ROG Ally may develop slight yellowing over time due to its material properties, which is a common characteristic of white cases. To help preserve its appearance, we recommend using alcohol wipes for gentle cleaning. While this may not completely eliminate the yellowing, it can effectively reduce its visibility and maintain the overall aesthetic appeal of your ModCase.

This is a two-piece set either for the back or both back/front. There are also included two straps for holding at the back accessories.

At the back, you will also find a metal standing stand that can be useful. JSAUX mentions that this can hold up to 3kg of weight, nice.

Installation is very easy, just put the bottom first and then the top section of your gaming console

So how is the overall experience? This mod case for sure is built like a tank, it does add to the overall weight of the device, but protection without extra weight cannot happen. The fit is good and may need some effort to install, first the bottom and then the top area. While stretching the modcase to fit, you might find that the top edge across the screen doesn't stay put it's not rigid enough, which we found not to be such a big issue. The extra weight and volume of the JSAUX mod case do provide a better grip to the device and if the extra weight doesn't hold you back you will get a good experience while playing. The included microSD compartment while present may be useful to some users, but we didn't use it. The back stand is present and works if you need it, just understand its limitations. The back vents could have bigger cuts for increased airflow. The front part of the modcase is very hard and you don't need an extra case to put this fully assembled. There is also foam behind it to further protect the LCD screen.

Overall we find the JSAUX Modcase for Rog Ally / X to be an honest product with a good retail price and offers really good protection for users who need it. The product can be found at $29.99 on the JSAUX website and you can buy the version with a 20.000mAh power bank for $69.99 as well.
