The EPOMAKER HE 75 MAG is an interesting proposal for high-end gamers who wish to have absolute control over their keys with Hall effect switches. The design follows the usual 75% keyboard that most gamers like. The build quality is good, due to the use of ABS material the overall weight is low, down to 1.1kg and we didn't notice any weird flexing when using it. All buttons, as with all EPOMAKER products, are hot-swappable the used keycaps are made out of PBT, so the surface should be somewhat more resistant to turning shiny from skin oils, compared to ABS.

Typing with this keyboard is satisfactory and there is the classic mechanical sound, even somewhat duller, due to the hall effect switches. The response is more than instant, especially if you are using the EPOMAKER driver and set up keys response time, which can be from the shortest 0.4mm to the fastest 3.6mm, due to the use of the hall effect switches. There software also allows for combinations under the Customize area, which can be handy for gamers, even though some settings may not allowed from games, be warned. The use of a real metal volume knob that can be used to control the sound, is very practical and easy to use, even though we would like it to be somewhat bigger. The keyboard supports three connection modes, cable/2.4GHz or BT, we didn't notice high lag so gaming would be great. There is an LED backlight present that is pale and works. There is foot adjustment with this keyboard so users will find their favorite typing angle. On the negative side, because all letters are printed onto the keycaps, in total darkness you might have some problem looking at keys and identifying what key is for what use. The metal volume knob is tight but this may change over time. The 75% layout does need some time to get used.

Overall we find the EPOMAKER ΗΕ75 MAG a proper solution for serious gamers with the need for hall effect switches and are satisfied with the 75% keyboard design.
