The G.skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB series is a well-known and very famous product. Apart from the appearance, the Trident Z5 Neo RGB series are powered by Hynix chips, which are prone to perform very well, even with high memory voltage, and also have room for overclocking. The Trident Z5 Neo RGB series is specially designed for the AMD AM5 platform and includes only one EXPO profile, which needs to be enabled under BIOS to get the best possible performance, else you will get relaxed timings and low frequencies (4800MHz).

Passing to the performance, we expected this memory 64GB kit to excel and we did see very high performance, better than other 64 GB kits we have tested in the past. The G.Skill kit runs at a bit higher voltages than other kits (@1.40V), but the measured reported temperatures aren't so high to be worried at all. The build quality is superb, the RGB kit lights are easy to sync with the motherboard software and the retail price is around ~230 Euro, which is lower than other competitive 64 GB kits. The G.skill Flare X5 series is somewhat lower priced, but we like the overall package that the G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 CL30 64GB offers, and as with all their products G.Skill offers a lifetime warranty for the Trident Z5 series. Excellent product for all user categories.
