Working with LiteOn's EZ-DUB function requires you to install the software that is included on the bundled CD-ROM disc.
The ' FILE' button placed on the top of the drive allows users to back-up data from the PC, in 3 simple steps
After insterting a blanc recordable DVD disc on the drive, we press the ' FILE' button once, and the following window pops up:
We now drag and drop the files/folders we want to burn, on the specified icon of the EZ-DUB app.
The size meter shows us how many MBytes of data we have selected for burning, and compares it to the capacity of known CD/DVD formats.
Then, we press the ' FILE' button again, and we insert a blank disc of appropriate capacity.
First, the software creates the directories and temporarily stores the information required for the compilation on the HDD.
Soon enough, the burning starts.
The burning process has finished and now we can eject our disc. Note that user cannot control the burning speed and it is decided by the drive.
