Following the public outcry releated to the "big brother" behavior of Samsung's Smart TVs, the Soith Korean giant is facing a new challenge: some of its smart TVs are adding adverts to television programmes and films played via third-party apps.
Owners have complained of a silent ad for Pepsi interrupting playback several times an hour. Foxtel on Samsung mart TV Australian subscribers to Foxtel's app are among those affected.
