The retail package also includes a printed manual that should be taken in mind before trying to apply the Thermal Hero Metalliq thermal paste. Make sure to use a small amount of liquid and with the included cotton swab apply to all the surfaces, be patient and apply a small think layer to the whole surface.

Here is what the appliance should look like, make sure not to spit around at other areas besides the CPU surface because the metal liquid is electric conductive and will damage your motherboard/CPU if not applied carefully. But with some patience, you should have the best results don't be afraid :-)
