Xiaomi has introduced the latest Mijia product -- the Mi Electrical Scooter.

The scooter is made out of aluminium alloy and reaches a maximum speed of 25km/h. In addition, the electrical scooter is equipped with an LG 1850 EV-lithium ion battery with a capacity of 280Wh.
It allows for a range of 30km. The Mijia's E-ABS, dual braking system is claimed to ensure that the braking distance can be controlled within 4 meters.

Plus, the Mi electrical Scooter is equipped with the Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS), an automatic system which converts the kinetic energy into electrical energy.

Xiaomi says the scooter can be folded within 3 seconds, thanks to the unique design of the folding lock. It also happens to be relatively light at 12.5kg. Xiaomi Mijia integrates Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS) as well, an automatic system to convert kinetic energy into electrical energy to extend battery life.

The Mi electric scooter pairs with your smartphone through Bluetooth, giving you an overview of the speed of the ride, battery life, battery health, and more.

The Mi electric scooter goes on sale in China starting December 15 at 10:00 for RMB 2,000 ($290).
