Microsoft Released Security Bulletin Summary for July 2009
Microsoft's Security Bulletin for this month includes three 'Critical' updates as well as three more marked as "Important".
The critical security patches address issues related to vulnerabilities in the Embedded OpenType Font Engine, Microsoft's DirectShow and the company's Video ActiveX Control. All the above vulnerabilities could allow remote code execution, according to Microsoft.
The other three patches are related to Virtual PC and Virtual Server, Microsoft ISA Server 2006 and Microsoft Office Publisher.
