ADATA Industrial Releases DDR5 6400 CU-DIMM and CSO-DIMM

ADATA Industrial Releases DDR5 6400 CU-DIMM and CSO-DIMM

Enterprise & IT Jan 16,2025 0

ADATA Technology has officially launched its latest industrial-grade DDR5 6400 CU-DIMM and CSO-DIMM memory. Both products have built-in advanced clock driver (CKD) chips, provide multiple storage capacity options of 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB, and are fully compatible with Intel Arrow Lake series and other mainstream brand processors. They are an exemplar of ADATA's technological innovation, development strength, and product compatibility.

ADATA Industrial DDR5 CU-DIMM and CSO-DIMM use high-quality ICs and have undergone rigorous reliability tests to ensure their ultra-high-speed data transfer capability of 6400MT/S. This equates to a 15% performance increase compared with traditional DDR5 memory. This breakthrough not only brings new performance options to high-performance computing platforms and high-end workstations, but also lays a solid foundation for the rapidly developing field of artificial intelligence (AI) applications.

One of the core highlights of ADATA Industrial DDR5 CU-DIMM and CSO-DIMM memory is its integrated industrial-grade CKD. This design not only greatly increases the limits of memory frequency, but also significantly enhances the overall stability of the system. Excellent stability and reliability can be maintained even under high-frequency operation. In addition, the built-in Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) effectively resists instantaneous voltage fluctuations and protects memory banks and other critical hardware from damage, further improving the stability of data transfer and system reliability, and is especially suitable for applications that require extremely high accuracy such as medical imaging and railway safety.

In addition, the clock speed of DDR5 CU-DIMM and CSO-DIMM is as high as 6400MT/s and all components are carefully selected to meet the requirements of industrial-grade wide temperature (-40℃ to 95℃) operating environments. In order to meet customer requirements for extreme environments, ADATA also provides a variety of customized rugged solutions including anti-sulfide treatment and conformal coatings to ensure that products perform under harsh conditions while retaining excellent stability and reliability.

As the market share of DDR5 in the industrial field gradually increases, ADATA industrial-grade DDR5 6400 CU-DIMM and CSO-DIMM are injecting new capabilities into high-performance computing (HPC) industries such as the Internet of Things, edge computing, medical, transportation, and network communications. Looking to the future, ADATA's independent R&D team will continue to explore products and specifications such as RDIMM and ECCDIMM and comprehensively deploy its DDR5 series memory product line to meet the needs of high-intensity AI training and complex scenarios such as smart medical care and AI monitoring.
