Asus Unveils HDCP Audio and Video Motherboard

The new ASUS M2A-VM HDMI motherboards provide HDCP Ccompliant playback of HD DVDs and Blu-Ray discs with HDMI interface. With High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI), the ASUS M2A-VM HDMI motherboard provides high quality audio and video playback. The ASUS M2A-VM HDMI motherboard also supports High-Bandwidth Digital-Content Protection (HDCP), broadcasting quality multimedia from protected HD DVDs and Blu-ray discs without interference or loss of quality.

The ASUS M2A-VM HDMI motherboard also provides support for with multiple video output including HDMI, DVI, RGB and TV-out, to provide high-quality movie playback from the PC in the living room as well as great graphical performance for Windows Vista.

The motherboard also supports Surroundview - a feature that allows up to four monitors to display simultaneously. Working together with Dual-VGA outputs this motherboard allows users to utilize Surroundview to enhance video enjoyment in any situation. This feature is ideal for convenient multi-tasking, creating wider screenspace for applications that require wider displays or even creating a more immersive and realistic gaming experience.

The ASUS M2A-VM series of motherboards is also available in a M2A-VM version, which provides playback of Blu-ray and HD DVD discs with HDCP via a DVI output.
