Getting a glorious keyboard and a perfect mouse, must be combined with a top notch mousepad! MOUNTAIN has introduced the Nunatak series, which provides a soft gaming-optimized surface for your mouse while the anti-slip rubber base ensures a secure placement even in the most heated of battles. A water-repellent coating won’t let small accidents get in your way, and the stitched edges not only increase your comfort but also dramatically increase the lifespan compared to other soft pads.

SOFT GAMING-OPTIMIZED SURFACE
Both your mouse and your wrists will appreciate the soft fabric surface of Nunatak, providing both happy glides and comfortable rests. And Nunatak XL makes a great home for your keyboard, too.

WATER-REPELLENT TREATMENT
Spills happen when things get heated or when your significant other (not you!) gets a little clumsy. Those happy little accidents don’t turn into big problems with Nunatak’s surface coating, when you’re just a wipe away from getting back into the game.

STITCHED EDGES
No more frayed edges to irritate your skin or your mouse cable. Not only does it add a nice contrast color, it keeps Nunatak in shape for years to come.

ANTI-SLIP RUBBER BASE
Last man standing again and they’re coming at you from everywhere? Your skills will not be hindered by Nunatak, its rubber base will see to your skill coming to full effect by not moving an inch when things get intense.

- Retail package

The NUNATAK M/XL cost around 14.99/29.99 Euro (+ shipping) directly from MOUNTAIN. Below is a picture that illustrates the size difference of the NUNATAK M or XL version.

For our test we received the XL series, which introduce 900x400mm size with thickness of 3mm.

The product comes in a small package and it’s easy to open it. Inside you will find only the mouse pad, which must you unwrap it before using. For some minutes the mousepad had a "smell" which quickly disappeared and after sometime, there wasn't any smell at all. The building material is from water-repellent polyester and natural rubber at the bottom to avoid moving around your desk.

At the top right area you will find the logo of MOUNTAIN at white colour.

All rounded edged are stitched for a longer lifespan.

At the bottom you will find natural rubber, which keeps up very good with slippery desks and will keep your setup at one place.

After unwrapping the mouse, here is what you will see at your desk.

Overall we found that the NUNATAK XL mousepad to be an excellent product with great texture quality and feel that combined perfectly the EVEREST MAX keyboard and the MAKALU 67 mouse. We highly suggest to get the XL version, the M version should be only for mouse use.
