New external drives by LiteOn
LiteOn has announced two new external DVD recorders, the LDW-411SX (external version of LDW-411S) and the SDW-421S. The LDW-411SX is a USB 2.0 dual DVD writer and the SDW-421S is a Slim 4/2/8x DVD+RW. Availability of the drives is expected next month.
Both drives support the SMART-BURN buffer under run protection and the SMART-X feature for secure eXtraction.
