New Intel NUC Powered by Intel Atom Processor E3815

New Intel NUC Powered by Intel Atom Processor E3815

PC components May 5,2014 0

Intel has recently made available its newest offering in the Intel NUC product line -- the DE3815TYKHE (previously known as Thin Canyon). This is the first Intel NUC powered by an Intel Atom E3815 processor.

With a fanless design, on-board 4 GB of Embedded MultiMediaCard (eMMC) memory and the space savings of a 4"x 4" motherboard, DE3815TYKHE is optimized for thin client applications. Supporting Linux and Windows Embedded operating systems, it is able to directly power an LCD monitor through an onboard eDP connector, meaning it can be used for kiosks, point-of-sale and digital signage.
