OpenOffice.org announced on Tuesday the first build of OpenOffice 2.0.1 for Mac OS X (X11) that can run on the newly released Macintosh Intel desktops.

is the first update to 2.0 and this revised version remedies minor bugs and brings new features. For example, it is now possible to disable and hide particular application settings.
