On this page you can see the 3T Pit & Land Jitter graphs using various media burned at 32X CAV writing speed.
- 3T Pit results
The Ricoh drive performed satisfactorily with most media used. The highest average 3T Pit jitter reached 51.44 nsec with TraxData media, which is way above the Red Book limit (35nsec). The best results came with CMC 48X CD-R media.
- 3T Land results
The average 3T Land results were also low. The maximum avarage 3T Land Jitter reached was 48nsec with TraxData and again CMC 48X CD-R media produced the best results.
On the following page we check the C1 and C2 error rates of the same discs, to come up with more specific conclusions.
