- What are the challenges in creating a new thermal paste formula?

Additionally, the materials must be safe and environmentally friendly, with consideration given to both thermal and mechanical aspects.

- What is your opinion of phase change materials? Do you plan to introduce such products to the market?

Phase change materials are undoubtedly a promising technology that has the potential to significantly improve heat dissipation in various applications. At Thermal Hero, we are actively interested in developing innovative solutions that offer our customers the best possible performance. In fact, we plan to add phase change materials to our range in Q2 of this year. We are convinced that these products will make a significant contribution to the efficiency and reliability of our solutions.

- What is your market goal? End users, datacenters, etc?

Our market objective is to reach a wide range of customers, including end users, enterprises, data centers, and other industrial applications. We strive to offer customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of different target groups.

- Are you planning to enter the PC hardware space by creating coolers in the future?

Yes, we do have concrete plans to enter the PC hardware cooling sector. However, we will carry out this launch in two phases. In the first step, we plan to introduce fans in the fourth quarter of 2024, followed by cooling systems in the first quarter of 2025. We are confident that these steps will enable us to offer high-quality cooling products that meet our customers' requirements.
