JVC Launches Full HD Network Media System
JVC introduced the NX-BD3, JVC's first 2.1-channel Network Media System with Blu-ray Disc player to its line-up of
Entertainment Systems.
The NX-BD3 consists of the world's first, as of 28 August, 2008, DLNA certified Blu-ray Player, front surround speakers, and a subwoofer with amplifier. Slim,
sleek, glossy design and HDMI CEC connectivity complements the latest generation of flat panel TVs, together with compact speakers that blends in with your room decor.
You can enjoy high-grade front surround sound with JVC-exclusive anisotropic speakers in a simple 2 enclosure layout. The advanced DLNA network function allows audio and video playback from compatible products.
The system offers pictures in Blu-ray's Full HD resolution, with Deep Colour and x.v.Colour in 1080p HDMI output.
The NX-BD3 is BD-ROM Profile1 ver. 1.1 compliant.
The device is the world-first home cinema system which received DLNA 1.5 certification, enabling seamless file playback via wired and wireless home network.
You can enjoy Full HD video files as well as MPEG videos, JPEG pictures, and MP3/WMA audio from the interoperable network of PCs, consumer electronics such as HDD recorders, or portable devices.
You can even playback high definition discs you recorded from JVC's HD Everio, the Full HD hard disk camcorder. The SD slot lets you play back various formats including high-definition AVCHD video from a SD card.
