New iPhone Expected to Be Unveiled on Monday
Apple's CEO Steve Jobs takes the stage Monday at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in San Francisco and the world expects to learn from him news about the next generation iPhone.
According to the numerous "leaks" of prototypes of the new iPhone, it includes a front-facing video camera for video conferencing and a better regular camera with a larger lens. It reportedly has a flat back instead of curved back, is thinner than the previous model, the iPhone 3GS, and has a battery that is 16-percent larger. It will also based on the OS 4.0, the the latest iPhone operating system. Apple has already released the upcoming version of its iPhone OS 4 to software developers, and said the new software would make its way to iPhones and the iPod Touch this summer.
