The Blu-ray Disc Association has approved Almedio Inc as a BD Testing Center for BD-ROMmedia on March 19, 2009. The Japanese company is offering test discs to manufacturerds of audio, video and computer devices, provides custom-made audio CDs, CD-ROMs and DVD Video discs and also performs verification and inspection services of DVD discs.

The company acquired the attestation of DVD-Video and ROM Disc Class-B verification laboratory in 2000 and Class-A verification laboratory in 2008.

Almedio is the fifth BD-ROM media Testing Center in the world that provides official verification services for BD-ROM discs.
